Screenwriter wins first David Lean Feature Film Screenwriting Award.
Ilaria D’Elia has received the first ever David Lean Foundation Feature Film Screenwriting award.
The panel awarding the prize was comprised of leading professionals in the film industry, featuring the UK Film Council’s Bradley Quirk; Peter Carlton, Warp Films and former Film4 Commissioning Executive; Susan Rogers, screenwriter and MAFFS Programme Director at Royal Holloway, agent Tanya Tillet from the Rod Hall Agency and Kate Leys, former Head of Development at Film4.

It's technically of very high standards and not surprisingly it won the Kodak Award for Best Cinematography and the Film Editors' Association Award for Best Editing."
